Common Bond

Overview

Common Bond Pet Services, serving central New Hampshire for over a decade, needed help in branding its online identity. Knowing that pet sitting is a growing industry across the United States, Danconia Media built and optimized a highly intuitive new Common Bond website located at www.petsittingnh.com. Strong web design and informative content was key in reflecting the company’s professional standards.

The Challenge

Producing clear content, simple navigation, and warm imagery were critical in demonstrating the company’s trusted identity. Whether the page was about dog walking or horse sitting, keeping the user experience in mind was essential. The team at Common Bond also wished to increase their visibility in search engine results reflecting the towns and cities they were expanding services into.

The Solution

Each piece of the website can mean the difference between a customer picking up the phone or moving on to another company. An open-source content management system (CMS) was utilized for the framework, not only saving the Common Bond staff costly annual licensing fees, but also enhancing ease of use so the staff could switch out imagery and content, and build new pages, at will. Additionally, Danconia Media strategized a long-term search engine optimization (SEO) plan, built around a monthly bank of hours, to increase Common Bond’s search rankings.

Check out what Lorna Moscarito, owner of Common Bond, had to say:

“Thanks to Danconia Media my pet sitting business ‘exploded’ this summer with new clients. I acquired more new clients in one month then I used to get in six months! Danconia Media created a web presence for me that is professional and user friendly…I get compliments on it all the time. And the superior SEO services they provide bring me up on the first page of pet sitting searches every single time. I get phone calls and emails on a weekly basis from other marketing companies who are interested in signing me up as a client. I just tell them, ‘No thanks, no one could be a better partner in growing my business than Danconia Media.’
