Mesiti Real Estate, which owns and manages South Concord Meadows, called on Danconia Media to design a website to promote its deluxe apartments and townhouses to the Concord, NH region. To compete with other rental properties, South Concord Meadows needed a clean design to showcase its living spaces.

Aesthetics aside, Mesiti Real Estate also needed the site to be found by people looking for apartments and townhouses. We achieved high rankings in Google, Yahoo!, Bing and other search engines for several competitive phrases. We optimized the site’s content and structure as well as its Google Places page. As a result, the site was found online by people who otherwise might’ve never heard of the community.

We designed the site using a user-friendly, yet robust, content management system (CMS) that Mesiti Real Estate can now use to add, remove and modify content in-house rather than relying on a third-party agency for updates. Since the CMS is open-source, it is free of the exorbitant licensing and maintenance fees that proprietary solutions carry.

The site – located at www.apartmentsconcordnh.com – features information about South Concord Meadows’ two-bedroom apartments and townhouses, testimonials from tenants, a downloadable lease application and a contact form. South Concord Meadows has a bucolic setting, but is still easily reachable from Interstates 89 and 93.
