CSR Technology Group, a leading IT services company based in Texas, required a clean, world-class web presence to use to promote itself to companies and individuals throughout the United States. Since computer technology is constantly changing, they also needed their site to be easy to keep updated in-house so it could remain current.

Danconia Media designed the website using a remarkably robust content management system (CMS). Though the CMS is powerful, it’s still highly user-friendly, so even CSR staffers with little or no web editing experience can use it to add, remove and modify content. And since the CMS is open-source, it is free of exorbitant licensing fees that proprietary solutions carry.

As part of the web design package, Danconia Media’s creative team designed several icons and crafted marketing messages that appear throughout the site. The site features pages of content detailing CSR’s services, solutions, job openings, contact information and history as well as a news/blog section that will be maintained by the company’s staff.

Originally called CSR: Computer Service and Repair, the company has become an industry leader in delivering technology services to a range of clients. CSR’s speciality is onsite services with high volumes of requests. Every year, it completes over 50,000 onsite service events on devices such as desktop computers, laptops, storage arrays, network equipment and consumer electronics.
